A new project to tackel.........!!!!

I want to be able to make a Tutu for Andrea's and Kaiya Birthday........ I found today a website that shows how to make them, http://www.gophotography.com/tutu/.
 I need to buy the fabric and make them. I will post pictures of the finish product.
